We are a retiree’s benevolent association that was established in 1992 and Chartered in the State of New York in 1994. We are made up of retired and active members of the New York City Department of Correction, both uniform and civilian, all ranks and titles. Remember, as retirees, we are all one, retiree’s. This organization is a benevolent/fraternal organization; it is not a Union. Our common goals are not only keeping members in touch with one another, but also making every effort to be the conduit to protect our present benefits and hopefully secure future benefits.

We have four (4) meetings a year. Two general membership meetings are held in March and September, while the two remaining meetings are reunion parties, one in June ( the annual Tony Arfi Memorial Summer Party) and another in December ( the annual Holiday Party). These meetings serve a dual purpose; first and foremost, we offer the opportunity for retirees to stay in touch with each other and second it provides the opportunity to update our members about on-going legislations and/or benefits that effect retirees.

We appreciate you looking at our web site and ask that you click on the link showing the history and accomplishments that this organization has championed over the last 20 years. We look forward to having you as a member and wish you the very best in your retirement.
